VINCENT MIRABELLI
Hi! I’m Vince, and I have delivered my message of empowering a culture of continuous improvement to audiences around the globe, to rooms of 5, up to 500. Along the way, I’ve become known for my innovative and wildly entertaining workshops and keynotes, though I still bring a lot of my energy to delivering tangible results and practical learning. Because that’s what it’s all about…getting you, your team, your organization, and your audience, measurable results that positively impact your efficiency, effectiveness, and engagement. I just happen to be “edu-taining”. Though I’ve spread my message globally, I’ve physically spoken to audiences across Canada, all over the USA, and in the UK. As a speaker and workshop leader, I’ve been described as energizing, engaging, funny (an accident, I swear), and a great storyteller. I strive to leave a lasting impression with audiences and learners, not just of me, but of the message I bring.

Vincent believes “that’s the way it’s always been done” are the seven deadliest words in business today. As an agent of change, Vincent seeks to help audiences understand the “why” behind the problem and then initiate action to enact change as required.
Guaranteed to be entertaining, humorous and transformational, Vincent teaches us that to succeed in business today, we must take an authentic and empathetic approach, creating organizational processes and cultures where everyone feels seen, heard and valued like a true part of the team.
Vincent believes everyone wants to feel like they are having an impact and making a difference just not at the expense of their happiness. He shows us that the organizations who truly understand this, are the ones that will stand out from the crowd and last for years to come; no matter the challenges and setbacks they encounter; there is a better way!
